The Web Services interface enables other medical systems to
integrate the patient's personal and medical information into
their own existing system.

The collected medical measurement data is transmitted
over the Internet, Telephone lines or Cellular communication to the monitoring center server. The server can communicate with 3rd party applications over Web Services protocol.

Telcomed's web services option enables organizations (pharmaceutical companies, clinical trial companies, hospitals, caregivers, etc.) that operate a patient medical record, an external access to the monitoring center database. It enables the organization to retrieve the patient's medical measurements from Telcomed's database (which is installed / managed by the organization), for integration into its existing patient record.

This capability was developed to insure a seamless combination
of all systems, while avoiding the difficulties of adopting new software.

The integration between Telcomed's database and the organization database is performed using standard Web Services interface.
