Vital signs data collected by the wireless medical devices is transmitted wirelessly using RF communication (250 meters open space) to the MiniGate gateway that forwards the data via the Internet to the telemedicine monitoring center or the personal health record (PHR).

The database server can communicate with 3rd party applications using Web Services interface for easy integration with other medical systems.
